General Questions

1. Your computer must have X-Vid Codec to view videos. To install, please click HERE.
2. Please use Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher as your browser
3. You must use Windows Media Player to view videos. If you are using any other Media Players such as Quick Time, Real Player, etc, please change to Windows Media Player. Follows these simple steps to change to WMP:
   • Press Start button
   • Select All Programs and then Windows Media Player
   • Select Tools from top Menu and then Options (To see top menu, the WMP window must be maximized)
   • Select File Types tab, and locate box for Windows video file (avi). If this box is already checked, then uncheck box and click apply. Once there's no check mark in the box, please click on the box until there's a check mark and click Apply.
   • Click OK and close Windows Media Player

If nothing happens when you insert the CD your system may not be configured to autorun CD's. You can start the application manually by running "View eVision CD.htm" located in the root directory of your CD.

Yes. This CD may work on Macintosh OS 8 or greater. To configure Quicktime to play XviD movies follow the instructions on http://www.xvidmovies.com/mac/. If, after configuring XviD, the video playback still is not working, it may be necessary to veiw the videos manually by opening the cd in Finder and playing the .avi files using quicktime.
