Golf League/Outing Administrator Help
You must complete these steps to access the leagues or outings site:
- Create an account
- Pay for the desired service (outings requires a quote)
- Set up your private site from the link "Register New Outing/League Site"
As an administrator, you will have access to perform the following functions:
- Set Group user id and password
- Register all group members
- Post Admin messages which are also automatically sent via e-mail to all group members. For first message, please send your group user id and password to all participants.
- Manage content of the message board
- Load sponsor logo
- Leagues only: Enter scores of players, points for teams, league handicaps (unofficial USGA handicap can be automatically calculated if you choose), T-times, etc.
Disclaimer
As an administrator, you will be responsible for managing the content of your message board. You will be given authority to delete any messages that may be offensive or distasteful to your group or are illegal. The Outing/League group members will not hold eVisionGolf responsible for content on your private message board. By continuing to the next step, you agree to the outlined responsibilities.
